Our policies
Booking and deposits
Book online or text the suite. Visits are one client at a time, so your time is yours from start to finish. There is no deposit.
Canceling and running late
Cancel or move a visit at least 24 hours ahead, online or by text. If you are running late, text and Anaiya will tell you whether she can give you the full time or needs to shorten the cut.
If you miss an appointment
If a visit is missed without notice, the next booking may need a text to confirm first.
Children and companions
Children from age 4 are welcome with a parent in the room for the whole cut.
If you're not happy
If a cut is not right, tell Anaiya within a few days and she will make it right.
Tipping
Tipping is up to you and always appreciated.
How the line works
Appointments only. Anaiya cuts one client at a time, and she texts if a visit runs long.
Before your visit
Come with your hair dry and brushed or picked out, and bring a photo of the cut you want.
